I went there to take pictures, and to get out of Berkeley. It was an interesting scene. Surrounded by the gray people, with fat wallets, the photography being sold was exquisitely executed American kitsch. These are the images I walked away with.
While I try to avoid digitally enhancing pictures there was something too plain about a Delorean sans Flux Capacitor. I felt like this gave the jazz that the picture needed. The second picture is free from digital enhancement (other than regular RAW processing). The aforementioned kitsch was stereotypically uninspiring. Slot canyons, fields, mountains, all shot from far away. Then we had the typical doors, canals, flowers and one picture of an athlete, a cyclist. Possibly mid 90′s era. I’m not sure if that’s driven by what people buy, or what is brought… hmmmm

Great Scott!!
Marty McFly: Wait a minute, Doc. Ah… Are you telling me that you built a time machine… out of a DeLorean?
Dr. Emmett Brown: The way I see it, if you’re gonna build a time machine into a car, why not do it with some style?
